Ivan Riches has found our pod casts on our YouTube Channel thewmrdc. He suggested that we may be interested in his short film Who is Peter? His short film, provides an opportunity to meet Peter. Peter explains that he is going to stay in a crisis centre. Working is being undertaken on Peter's House and this has caused additional problems.
Peter talks through his experience of lving with schizophrenia.
Who is Peter? Is a well produced short film, Peter talks through his needs and also the support that he has received. Peter has benefitted from coordinated support from at least 2 organisations.
There is no suggestion that Peter has been in touch with the criminal justice system. His experience is however, useful for all of us to reflect on.
It has encouraged me to think about how we ensure we are able to join up services to make sure Peter and others get the right level of support at the right time.
