Prison Health teams formally report information on Hepatitis B & C and Mental Health Data quarterly. The teams also report Prison Health Performance and Quality Indicators on an annual basis.
There are currently no specific quality indicators for the provision of healthcare to offenders in the community, these are under development and the West Midlands is part of the national project to develop these.

The 2011 Indicators are now available and you can access them here. There is also a guidance document that you can access here.
The data for the West Midlands is now available here in. For other regions please contact your local SHA or the Department of Health.
The Prison Health Reporting System is now web-based, authorised users can log on and enter or approve their data as required.
As a reminder this is the site to report the quarterly prison mental health data, hepatitis B & C data and the annual prison health performance and quality indicators. Authorised users can also run off their own reports for their specific areas.
